Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Please see the available shipping services and estimated delivery times below.

United Kingdom

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail using one of the following tracked services:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £4.50 (Free on orders over £100)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.95

Orders over £100 qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.

European Union

EU orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked:

EU International Tracked – €17.95

Orders over €200 qualify for free delivery. Please select the free-delivery option at checkout where available.

United States

US orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked:

US Tracked Shipping – £36.95, converted and displayed in US dollars at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended by customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

All US orders are sent using a tracked service. We do not currently offer free shipping to the United States.

Duties, Taxes and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, tariffs or carrier handling charges.

For orders shipped to the European Union, these charges are not collected by Myrtle Works at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

US customs requirements may require certain duties or tariffs to be processed through the shipping carrier before delivery. Where applicable, these costs may be incorporated into the international shipping service. Customers remain responsible for any additional import charges assessed by US customs or the delivery carrier that are not included at checkout.

Myrtle Works cannot control customs assessments or delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for complying with any import requirements applicable in their destination.
