Shipping policy

Currently we only ship our products within the UK and across the European Union. Please see below information for shipping within these markets. 

 

United Kingdom

We ship all UK orders through Royal Mail via two available shipping options:  

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.99 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £6.99

*Any order over the value of £120 will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 free of charge. 

European Union

We ship all European Union orders through Royal Mail via one available option:  

EU International Tracked - €17.95

** Any order over the value of €200 will be shipped free of charge. Please select this option at checkout. 

Duties & Taxes / Import Charges

Orders shipped from the UK to destinations within the EU may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties and other charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Myrtle Works does not collect these charges at checkout.
